Welcome to Moksha Yoga Richmond Hill


Moksha hot yoga is a unique yoga series which combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga in a specially heated room. The series is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens, tones and loosens the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress. The 'hot' in hot yoga allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat.

Classes are suitable for all levels of ability. Come join as at the studio for your first week of class. You can try a full week of unlimited classes for $20!

PLEASE NOTE THE REDUCTION IN SCHEDULED CLASSES FOR AUGUST

We apologise for having to make this announcement and try to do everything possible to keep our schedule robustso everyone is happy, however the usual 'summer slowdown' has forced us to temporarily remove some classes from the schedule effective in August.   As of August 1st the following classes will be omitted from the schedule:  

Tuesday 12:30 noon Moksha Flow,
Thursday 4pm Hatha Flow,
Friday 6:30am Moksha Flow,
Saturday 4pm Ashtanga 1/2,
Sunday 2pm Yin

We will continue to offer these classes again in mid September at the latest.   Again please accept our apologies for any trouble this change may cause.
